An Ancient Mediterranean Meal - Zacki Murphy

Zacki Murphy, is a native of Hillsborough, N.C., and a graduate of the university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sampling many world cuisines on location as highly successful Ford model, her passion for fresh regional food was rekindled as a food stylist for Martha Stewart, and owner of Zacki's BBQ in New York City. She currently resides in Durham, and is chef and owner of Zacki's Culinary Creations, and she was the Director of Culinary Arts at Discover Arts Academy, a track-out school in Cary. Zacki is certified by the Life Extension Center in Houston, Texas for both the Nutritional and Eat God's Way programs.
